Jim Furlong

A Western New York native, Jim Furlong has over 15 years experience as a PGA Golf Professional. After graduating from West Seneca West High School, Jim attended Canisius College, where he was their Division 1 golf co-captain.

Prior to the opening of Diamond Hawk, Jim was the assistant golf professional at Brookfield Country Club, the assistant golf professional at Orchard Park Country Club, the head professional and general manager of Sable Oaks Golf Club in Portland, Maine, the general manager of Lancaster Country Club and the director of golf and general manager at Tan Tara Country Club.

Course Superintendent
Scott Dunbar

Scott Dunbar grew up in northwestern Pennsylvania and graduated from Penn State University with a degree in turfgrass management. Scott has 20 years experience in golf course maintenance and has been a golf course superintendent for 15 years. He achieved his Certified Golf Course Superintendent status in 2006.

Scott was the superintendent at Lockport Town and Country Club and the assistant superintendent at Transit Valley Country Club before being selected to aid in the construction and growing-in of Diamond Hawk.

Executive Chef
Paul Szymanski

A Lancaster native, Paul Szymanski graduated from Lancaster High School and has 17 years experience in Food and Beverage operations.

Paul spent 14 years at Lancaster Country Club, the last seven as Sous Chef. He specializes in seafood dishes and brings his passion for fine cuisine to Diamond Hawk.
