We at Diamond Hawk would love to take care of your golf tournament. We are willing to work with you on all aspects of your event and are currently taking reservations for 2013 . Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns.
Tournament Guidelines:
The Clubhouse at Diamond Hawk does not allow any food or beverage to be brought into the Clubhouse or onto the Golf Course. Food and beverages are available to golfers through our halfway window, our beverage cart, the pro shop and our restaurant.
If you are running a charity event, and may have donated food and beverage, please speak with the Director of Hospitality services for special consideration. We understand that some events are fundraisers for various charities and causes and will be happy to work with you to make your event a success. Not-for-profits who intend on using donated beverages must have certification from the beverage distributor. Diamond Hawk abides by all State Liquor Authority laws and we will do our best to accommodate within these regulations.
Deposits and Guarantees:
All Golf tournaments require a $200 non-refundable deposit to hold space and tee times for your event. Guaranteed numbers for your golfers are due ten (10) days in advance of your tournament and your food and beverage numbers seven (7) days in advance. Payment for your event is due three (3) business days prior to your event. Please state if your group is tax exempt when booking your event.
2013 Tournament Packages
Package 1
Golf Only $54 per player
Includes: Greens Fee with cart, printed cart signs, course contests, scorecards, bag drop attendants, $5 dollars Pro Shop credit, use of restaurant and patio, 1 hour of range access and tournament scoring.
Package 2
Golf and Lunch $66 option 1 $64 option 2
Includes: Greens Fee with cart, printed cart signs, course contests, scorecards, bag drop attendants, $5 dollars Pro Shop credit, use of restaurant and patio, 1 hour of range access and tournament scoring.
Also includes one of two lunch options
Option 1: Pre golf buffet including hot dogs, hamburgers, and Italian sausage, Cold Salad, Chips, and Soda
Option 2: Lunch at the Turn: Choice of 2 hot dogs or 1 hamburger, Chips, and Soda.
Package 3
Golf Lunch and Dinner $90 per player
Includes: Greens Fee with cart, printed cart signs, course contests, scorecards, bag drop attendants, $5 dollars Pro Shop credit, use of restaurant and patio, 1 hour of range access and tournament scoring.
Also includes one of two lunch opions
Option 1: Pre golf buffet including hot dogs, hamburgers, and Italian sausage, Cold Salad, Chips, and Soda
Option 2: Lunch at the Turn: Choice of 2 hot dogs or 1 hamburger, Chips, and Soda.
Also includes Dinner in the Clubhouse following the round
Dinner: Chef's “hand cut” 10oz NY Strip Steak
* Chicken & Vegetarian Meals are available upon advanced special request to the Director of Events.
All dinners also include a salad, chef’s choice vegetable, chef’s choice potato, dinner rolls and dessert .

Golf Lunch Dinner and Drinks on the Course $100 per player

Also includes one of two lunch opions

Two drink stations will be located between #3 and #6 tee boxes and between holes #10 and #15 tee boxes

More options
Continental Breakfast_ $7 per player
Coffee and danish can be provided for your golfers before the morning rounds. This option includes, coffee, juice, fruit and assorted danish
Beverage Cart
A beverage cart will be used in all tournaments to sell beverages to golfers; tournaments will be billed upon consumption or individuals players can choose to purchase their own drinks. If donated product is to be used a $2 corkage fee per player and a $75 cart rental fee will be charged and the beverage cart will distribute the donated product, the cart girl will also be provided. Tournaments are not permitted to use their own volunteers to drive beverage carts.
