At the end of the season, all Players’ Association members are invited to attend the End-of-Season Awards Banquet.  A cocktail reception, dinner and awards presentation will make this a not-to-be-missed event!

The Players’ Association also sponsors the Diamond Hawk Junior Golf Program.  We strive to make golf an affordable sport for all kids.  At the start of the season, we’ll raise funds for a Junior Golf Scholarship Program.  Junior Golf is open to all youth ages 7 and up, and participants will be included in the BDGA travel team league.

Men's and Women's Twilight Leagues

Leagues for the 2008 season will be held on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday night for men and on Thursday night for women.  The Wednesday night league is being restricted to teams that have a total team handicap of 35 or lower.  Tee times will be between 4:24 and 5:36.  There are still openings for the Friday Mens League and Thursday Womens League.  

Leagues will start the week of April 21st. Opening night will consist of a practice match with no points to be won.  Tee times for the opening night practice matches will be on a first-come first-served basis.  A question and answer orientation session will be held following the practice matches in the dining room at 8 pm.  Schedules for the season and rules sheets will be handed out on this night.

You must pay your $50.00 Players Association fee, and $50 league prize fee to secure your spot.  We will have two Closest to the Pins every week for $15.00 each, and will pay prize money to the top seven of twenty teams.

Green fees will be paid in advance, and will be paid in 3 installments.  The first installment of $100.00 is due on the opening practice night.  The weekly league fee of $20.00 to walk ($25.00 to ride) will be subtracted from your pre-paid installments. We will issue you a credit good for future play for any weeks you miss.

We will be looking for substitutes on a weekly basis. If you have established your handicap, you may call the golf shop on the morning of the league and inquire as to any possible need for a substitute that evening.  If there is an opening we will place you into that tee time.  Substitutes are required to pay the twi-lite green fee and are automatically eligible for the Closest to the Pin Prizes for that night.

League play is done with assigned tee times.  All matches are to be played at the specified time.
