A Lancaster native, Paul Szymanski graduated from Lancaster High School and has 17 years experience in Food and Beverage operations.
Paul spent 14 years at Lancaster Country Club, the last seven as Sous Chef. He specializes in seafood dishes and brings his passion for fine cuisine to Diamond Hawk.
