Tournament Guidelines

The Clubhouse at Diamond Hawk does not allow any food or beverage to be brought into the Clubhouse or onto the Golf Course.  Food and beverages must be provided by Diamond Hawk and served by Diamond Hawk staff, and are available to golfers through our Halfway Window, Beverage Cart, the Pro Shop and our Restaurant.

If you are running a charity Event, and may have received donated food and/or beverage, please speak with our Director of Events for special consideration.  We understand that some Events are fundraisers for various charities and causes -- we will be happy to work with you to make your Event a success. Not-for-profits that intend to use donated beverages must have certification from the beverage distributor. Diamond Hawk abides by all State Liquor Authority laws, and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements within these regulations.

Deposits and Guarantees

All Golf Tournaments require a non-refundable deposit to reserve the date and hold tee times for your Event.  Guaranteed number of golfers is due ten (10) days in advance of your Tournament, as well as final numbers for serving food and beverage.   Payment in full for your Tournament is due the day of your Event. Please state if your group is tax exempt when booking your Event -- documentation verifying bonafide donation(s) must be presented to Diamond Hawk prior to the Event date.
