All prices are subject to change to meet increases in costs of supplies, food, beverages and labor.  Final pricing will be established with the signed contract for an Event taking place in the current calendar year (if contract was signed on or after April 15th).  For Events booked for an upcoming calendar year, contract prices will be established by April 15th of that Event year.  Please note that most price changes are modest unless there has been a significant change in market price for an item, or a significant increase in labor cost due to governmental regulation.
  • There is a non-refundable deposit of $1,000.00 required to guarantee the date and space for your Wedding.

  • A second non-refundable payment of 25% of the estimated total of the food and beverage cost and room rental fee, is due 120 days (four months) prior to the Wedding.

  • Diamond Hawk can accommodate dietary restrictions as long as prior written arrangements have been made.

  • All wedding décor must be removed at the conclusion of your Event.

  • Our Director of Events can share a recommended vendor list to help you find experienced vendors to make your reception more memorable and personalized.

  • Built-in dance floor for your enjoyment.

  • Food tastings can be scheduled to sample options for $50/tasting. Tastings include 3 entrees, 2 starches and 1 vegetable. Tastings are prepared for 2 guests; more guests may attend at an additional cost and with prior arrangements.
